I spent a few year going to technical school, but nothing prepared me for the real world of automation and controls. I dove in head first and haven’t looked back. I’ve gathered a ton of experience in the beverage industry doing conveyor and line controls for bottling facilities. From communications to programming and troubleshooting I’ve been through a ton of it and learned a lot in the process.
I’ve spent the last few years in my position refining my troubleshooting and technical skills while learning new processes and control strategies.
I accel with Allen Bradley equipment, but am learning new platforms and software all the time, making myself a far more versatile asset when troubleshooting.

I started off my working career as a mechanic for Ford for over 20 years. During that time I pursued a racing career as a mechanic on a sports car team.
After a long career in the automotive field, I decided to go the route of Automation and started with BMF Automation. I really enjoy the controls side of automation and I feel like it was a lot easier to cross over for me having so much low voltage experience in the automotive field. The ability to go through the diagnostics process is challenging, but its very rewarding at the end when you see the machine running and the customer is happy.
I am always learning new skills and trying to be the best technician I can be. Troubleshooting is something I enjoy and I accel at drawings and schematics.
